Sandown is also a great starting point to explore the diverse landscape amid the myriad of walking routes around and within the island. We can provide route maps and tailor-guided walking tours.

Every year, thousands of walkers from all over the world will visit Isle of Wight to walk the network of paths and trails that crisscross this island. One special walk is the 68-mile-long coastal path. Over half of the island is designated the Isle of Wight National Landscape (formerly known as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty).

Routes range from beginner, easy walks of just a couple of miles to much longer, more robust routes for the hardened walker and professionals.

Bespoke Walking Tours, Guided Routes and Groups

We are experienced walkers and will gladly work with you to create a tour and provides inforamtion on all of the island’s  recognised routes. Call or message us for information. We work closely with the  The Isle of Wight Ramblers Group who provide a wide variety of walks throughout the week covering a range of lengths. Also, Wight Sole is a walking group  focusing on fortnightly circular walks on a Sunday. As a Ramblers member you are welcome to join walks from either group
