Chilly Hilly is cross-country run takes a fantastic route in the West Wight countryside. There is woodland, Tennyson Downs, views of the Solent, beaches, and so much to see. The event starts in Freshwater and climbs up to the Tennyson Monument. West to the Needles, descending to Alum Bay and over Headen Warren and the chalk cliffs. Organised by West Wight Sports Center, there are refreshments and activities to keep the children occupied while spectators can follow the event.
