Haven Falconry Bird of Prey Centre is based in the Island Steam Railway. You can visit the centre and view the birds and talk with the falconers. The centre offers a Falconry Experience ranging from one hour to half-day and full-day experiences. For all details please click HERE
Riverfest is an Isle of Wight Award-Winning Fun, Free, Family Event.
Riverfest takes place every May in Newport.
The event has the feel of a traditional village fete, with many free activities for children. Local charities attend to promote the work they do in the community, helping people and the local environment.
Newport Quay is owned by the Isle of Wight Council, and organised by Newport Carnival & Community Events Association.
